  This place has worked out my kinks in every shape and form. Being a very active and athletic person comes with a price and Suzanne and her team have been the best with treating my issues. I have had numerous deep tissue massage sessions, acupuncture sessions, and my latest fave, suction cups. Every time I leave there, I honestly feel relaxed and my muscles are loose and not tight. Professional in every way, giving me tips on how to manage myself when I am unable to see them, and the friendliest of staff. I highly recommend Coastal!

Suzanne, massage therapist and owner, has gone above and beyond to help me manage my health and wellness through regular therapeutic massage. She works alongside other health professionals to ensure my best possible care. They have always been very flexible with scheduling appointments as well. I would highly recommend Coastal Sports and Wellness.
